Return Request

We hope you love your order but in case you don’t, please follow the steps below to request a return:

1. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner 
2. Enter the email address used for your order
3. Enter verification code sent to your email
4. Find your order and item(s) you would like to return
5. Select a return reason
6. Click Request Return

If your return is approved, you will receive an email with a shipping label. After the items are returned you will receive a refund minus $6 deducted for return shipping.
